Warranty Information
Our limited lifetime warranty covers against defects in workmanship and materials for a lifetime on all cookware and cutlery products. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or alterations to the product nor does it cover damages by accident.
We also guarantee that in the event of total destruction of the cookware due to flood, fire, tornado, hurricane or others acts of God, that upon proof of loss, the purchaser will have the right to replace those items at 50% the current retail price of the cookware and/or cutlery.

For our Water System and Air systems, it has a limited lifetime warranty as long as the necessary Maintenace care is performed yearly. Without the Maintenace care the warranty is voided. The customer is responsible to make sure the maintenances are performed yearly by contacting their representatives or our offices to replace the cartridges needed for each system at a cost.
